Format and how to take

For a child who does not swallow softgels, the softgel can be pierced and the oil stirred into food or a drink. Store in a cool, dry place (59 to 85°F) away from direct light. Each bottle holds 100 softgels.

Daily Value not established for the oils. Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, purified water, natural lemon oil (flavor), and natural mixed tocopherol. Contains: fish (anchovy, sardine and/or mackerel). Free of milk/casein, eggs, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, gluten, soybeans and sesame. The softgel shell is gelatin, so it is not vegetarian.
