Anti-Aging Support
Cellular energy, antioxidant defences, bone and heart nutrients. An adult protocol built from the mitochondrial and fat-soluble-vitamin products.

Who it's for
For adults who want the nutrients that cellular energy production, antioxidant defences and normal bone, heart, skin and joint function depend on as the years add up. Adults only; not a child protocol.
About this protocol and the studies behind it
In the protocol
-
Coenzyme Q10 + E 100
Coenzyme Q10 with vitamin E
100 mg of CoQ10 and 100 IU of d-alpha tocopherol. Tell your prescriber if you take warfarin; CoQ10 can blunt it.
$36.00 -
MITOboost
Mitochondrial support
CoQ10, acetyl-L-carnitine, NAC, alpha-lipoic acid, creatine and quercetin. Adults; the label asks anyone under 18 to consult a physician.
$48.00 -
$28.00

Vitamin D3 with K2
One drop, not one dropper. Not with a blood thinner: swap to the K-free drop.

Glycine for collagen and sleep
3 g of the amino acid the body uses most in collagen. Evening, or any time.

600 mg of vitamin C with acerola, hesperidin, rutin and quercetin: collagen formation and antioxidant support.
$41.50 -
Curcumin Liquid
Curcumin liquid
Not with blood thinners or before surgery; not in gallbladder disease; black pepper raises levels of some drugs. The proprietary blend does not state curcuminoid milligrams.
$90.00 -
Glutathione + Liquid Formula
Glutathione and NAC liquid
Reduced and S-acetyl glutathione with 125 mg of NAC. Refrigerate; use within 60 days of opening.
$76.00 -
Formula C
Adult multivitamin
The protocol's only B6 (15 mg) and zinc (15 mg) source if you take it: not with the MITOboost shake, Amino or Trace Minerals.
$51.00 -
Trace Minerals
Iron-free trace minerals, adults
Zinc 30 mg, selenium 200 mcg and iodine 200 mcg per capsule, so it is the protocol's only mineral product: not with Formula C or Gut Restore, and not under 14.
$23.00 -
Amino
Essential amino acids
Nine essential amino acids with 14 mg of B6: the protocol's B6 source if you take it (not with Formula C or the MITOboost shake). Contains phenylalanine.
$49.00 -
Beef Organs
Grass-fed beef organs
Liver, heart, kidney, pancreas and spleen with 3 mg of iron and natural preformed vitamin A. Prop 65 notice. Adults; keep away from children because of the iron.

Vitamin D3 Micellized

$28.00 -
ADEK Mini
A, D, E and K in one small softgel
1,000 IU of vitamin D with vitamins A, E and K. Not with a blood thinner. Use instead of D3 + K2, not with it; its vitamin E adds to the CoQ10 + E softgel.
$33.00 -
MITOboost Protein Powder Strawberry
Mitochondrial protein shake
15 g of rice protein with NAC 600 mg, acetyl-L-carnitine, lipoic acid and a full vitamin panel; its 15 mg of B6 makes it the protocol's B6 source (not with Formula C or Amino). Use instead of MITOboost capsules, not with them.

How to start
- Week 1: CoQ10 + E and the omega-3 with breakfast, the vitamin D drop in the morning.
- Week 2: add MITOboost (or the shake) with food. Add one optional product at a time, a week apart.
- Judge energy and recovery at 8 to 12 weeks. Ask your practitioner for a 25-OH vitamin D level before raising the vitamin D.
Read before you buy
- Adults only. Not in pregnancy or nursing without your practitioner.
- Blood thinners: CoQ10, fish oil, curcumin, ginkgo and vitamin K all matter to your prescriber. Use the K-free vitamin D and leave out curcumin.
- One B6 source (Formula C, Amino or the MITOboost shake) and one zinc source (Formula C or Trace Minerals), never two.
- One fish oil and one vitamin D product per person.
- Fish allergen (Omega-3 Mini); bovine ingredients (Beef Organs); Prop 65 notices on Beef Organs.
- Designed so no calming, mineral or vitamin ingredient is doubled across products.
None of this replaces a check-up, a blood-pressure reading or a medication review. Supplements are adjuncts.
Most of this evidence comes from adult trials of single ingredients. No protocol has been tested as a whole.
