Magnesium L-Threonate+ Powder is a magnesium blend built around magnesium L-threonate as Magtein®, a patented form reported to cross the blood-brain barrier. It is rounded out with two Albion® chelates, di-magnesium malate and TRAACS® magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate, forms chosen for absorption and tolerance. The label describes the formula as designed to boost the brain's magnesium level, and its front panel reads "Patented Magnesium for the Brain". One scoop supplies 200 mg of elemental magnesium, including 1 g of magnesium L-threonate, and nothing else: other ingredients, none.
