Stress & Resilience
The daytime core, the evening lever and the omega-3 base. For adults under everyday pressure, parents included.

Who it's for
For adults whose days run long and whose evenings don't wind down. Children: a practitioner-directed spray, glycine at bedtime and the multivitamin.
About this protocol and the studies behind it
From the studies
In a 90-day randomized placebo-controlled trial, working adults who took a high-dose B-complex reported less personal strain and confusion on a work-stress questionnaire than placebo (Stough 2011, PMID 21905094). Magnesium at 300 mg a day lowered stress scores in adults with low magnesium (Pouteau 2018, PMID 30562392).

$52.98 -
Adrenal Support
Adrenal glandular support, practitioner-directed
Pantothenic acid, vitamin C, active B vitamins and bovine adrenal glandulars. Traditional use, no trials; adults only. Its 5 mg of B6 means it is taken instead of the B-complex, not with it.

How to start
- Daily Base first: the omega-3 and the evening magnesium.
- Then Calming Cortisol, then the optional B-complex. One new product a week.
- Judge stress at 4 weeks and decide by 8. Give the B-complex up to 12 weeks. Glycine shows the same night or not at all.
Read before you buy
- Ashwagandha: adults only; not in pregnancy, nursing, liver disease, thyroid disease or with thyroid medication.
- One evening product: Magnesium Night or Glycine, not both.
- One B6 source: the B-complex or Adrenal Support, never with Formula C, Mag-B6 or a B6 product.
- No 5-HTP, lithium or huperzine in this protocol.
- Fish allergen in Omega-3 Mini.
- Designed so no calming, mineral or vitamin ingredient is doubled across products.
Persistent low mood, panic or sleep loss deserve a clinician's attention. Supplements are adjuncts. Talk to your child's healthcare provider before use.
Most of this evidence comes from adult trials of single ingredients. No protocol has been tested as a whole.
