What it is

Magnesium Night is a lavender and lemon flavored bedtime powder that pairs 300 mg of magnesium with three calming botanicals. The magnesium comes in three forms, magnesium orotate, magnesium glycerophosphate, and TRAACS® magnesium bisglycinate chelate, chosen for absorption and for being gentle on digestion. Montmorency tart cherry, California poppy, and lavender extract round it out. It is sweetened with organic stevia and dissolves in water.

Format and how to take

A powder, lavender + lemon flavor, 180 g (6.3 oz) per container, 30 servings. The label's recommended use: mix 6 grams (approximately one scoop) in 8 ounces of water per day, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your health care practitioner. The label gives no children's dose, so ask your practitioner about use for children.

Per 6 g serving (approximately one scoop): magnesium 300 mg (71% DV), as magnesium orotate 100 mg, magnesium glycerophosphate 100 mg, and TRAACS® magnesium bisglycinate chelate (taste free) 100 mg; Montmorency tart cherry powder (Prunus cerasus, fruit) 250 mg; California poppy extract (Eschscholzia californica, aerial parts) 250 mg; lavender extract (flower) 150 mg. Other ingredients: citric acid, natural flavor, organic stevia leaf extract (Stevia rebaudiana), partially hydrolyzed guar gum.
