Vitamin D3 + K2 Liquid

One drop of MCT oil carries 1,000 IU vitamin D3 with 10 mcg MenaQ7 K2 (MK-7) to support bone, heart and immune health.

What it is

Vitamin D3 + K2 Liquid puts two fat-soluble vitamins into one drop of MCT oil: 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol and 10 mcg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MenaQ7). They are paired because they handle calcium together. Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption from food, and vitamin K2 activates the proteins that help direct calcium into bone. The oil base is there because both vitamins are absorbed with fat.

A child or adult who wants daily vitamin D with K2 in a form that needs no swallowing: one drop on the tongue or in a drink. Format and how to take

Liquid drops in MCT oil, about 1,200 drops per bottle. Label directions: 1 drop (0.025 mL) per day, or as recommended by your health care professional. It can be taken directly on the tongue and swallowed, or mixed with the beverage of your choice. There is no separate children's dose on the label, so ask your practitioner about use for children.

Per drop (0.025 mL): Vitamin D (D3 as cholecalciferol) 25 mcg (1,000 IU), 125% DV; Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7, MK-7, MenaQ7®) 10 mcg.

Other ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides.
