Spectrum C is a one-capsule vitamin C formula that keeps the vitamin in the company it has in fruit. Each capsule supplies 600 mg of vitamin C from ascorbic acid and acerola cherry, plus a bioflavonoid set: citrus bioflavonoids standardized to hesperidin, rutin and quercetin. Bioflavonoids occur alongside vitamin C in plants, and the design idea is that they complement it as antioxidants and support how the body uses it.
