The maker's copy (translated from Russian) explains the design: SAG for glutathione delivered into cells, NAC as raw material for the body's own glutathione synthesis, and GSH for systemic support. The acetyl group on SAG and the phospholipid base are there to protect the glutathione molecule on its way in; the copy describes the delivery as liposomal, using non-hydrogenated phospholipids from sunflower lecithin.

Format and how to take

A liquid taken by the teaspoon, flavored with natural flavors and luo han guo (monk fruit) extract. The label's suggested use: take 5 mL (approx. 1 teaspoon) orally 1-2 times a day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Shake well before use. Refrigerate upon receipt, keep the bottle tightly closed, and use within 60 days of opening.
