Multivitamin, mineral, and trace element capsules with methylfolate and methyl-B12. Supports daily nutrition, growth, and development.
What it is
Formula C is a multiple vitamin, mineral, and trace element supplement in vegetarian capsules. It carries the fat-soluble vitamins A (mostly as natural carotenes), D3, E, and K1; the B group, with folate as Metafolin® L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and B12 as methylcobalamin; vitamin C; choline and inositol; minerals largely as Albion® TRAACS® glycinate chelates; and citrus bioflavonoids, mixed tocopherols, lutein and zeaxanthin.
Who it's for
A multivitamin of this breadth supports normal growth and development, immune function, energy metabolism, bone and eye health, and antioxidant defenses. It fits a child who eats a narrow range of foods and adults who want one foundational formula. Six capsules make a serving, so capsule swallowing is required.
