What it is

Vitamin B6 P-5-P supplies vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, the coenzyme form the body uses directly. Ordinary pyridoxine has to be converted before it can work; P-5-P arrives ready. Each vegan capsule provides 30 mg, with microcrystalline cellulose and L-leucine as the only other ingredients.

Who it's for

P-5-P is a cofactor in more than 100 enzyme reactions, including the steps that make serotonin, dopamine and GABA and those that handle amino acid and carbohydrate metabolism.
