What it is

Mag-B6 pairs vitamin B6 with magnesium in a single vegetarian capsule. The B6 is pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P-5-P), the coenzyme form the body uses directly, so it does not have to be converted first. The magnesium comes as TRAACS® magnesium bisglycinate chelate plus magnesium oxide, a combination designed for absorption with less digestive upset than some magnesium forms.
