Iron-free, copper-free multivitamin and mineral powder with methylfolate, methylcobalamin, P5P, TMG and inositol to support daily nutrition.
What it is
Spectrum Formula Advance is a multivitamin and mineral powder that mixes into water or another beverage. It leans on active nutrient forms: folate as Metafolin calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, and minerals as Albion bisglycinate chelates. Trimethylglycine (betaine), inositol and choline from sunflower lecithin round out the methylation and nerve-signaling support, with a citrus bioflavonoid complex, mixed tocopherols, lutein and zeaxanthin for antioxidant support. It is formulated without iron or copper.
Who it's for
This formula supports daily nutrient intake, methylation, neurotransmitter synthesis, cellular energy production, immune function, bone mineralization and thyroid function through iodine and selenium. It suits a child or adult with a narrow diet or a practitioner-identified need for methylated B vitamins, who takes a powder more easily than tablets, and for whom iron and copper are handled separately or not at all. The label gives an adult dose only and refers children to a healthcare professional.
