What it is

DHA + PC + E combines three fat-soluble nutrients in one liquid: docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), an omega-3 fatty acid supplied here by anchovy fish oil; phosphatidylcholine, a membrane phospholipid drawn from sunflower lecithin; and vitamin E as mixed tocopherols. The idea is to deliver the omega-3 together with cofactors that sit alongside it in cell membranes, in a form that needs no capsule. It is flavored with natural citrus and sweetened with luo han guo (monk fruit) extract.
